- Machine designed for rough machining and polishing of all types of edges: rounded, semi-rounded, flat, bevelled etc.

- The entire machine is built from electrically welded steel, which prevents any deformation from occurring and assures excellent resistance to all types of stresses. Surface treatments included painting and sanding with rust inhibitor and bi-component epoxy paint, highly resistant to atmospheric agents.

- The spindles bearing the abrasive tools are inserted in a bored monolithic structure; this assures a centesimal parallelism in relation to the workbench.

- Machining may be completed by profiling of drip edges, upper calibration or front edge cutting, thanks to the multi-function unit installed at the machine entry.

- All of our models are supplied complete with a workpiece support bar, which becomes a rest for long strips; on request this bar may be motor driven and its movements controlled by limit switches..

- All motors of the front heads are hydraulic, with suitable capacities. Besides being significantly lighter in weight than electric motors they are better protected against water infiltrations and therefore assure longer lasting reliability.

- The tilting head is moved (from -90° to +90°) by means of a system of opposing connecting rods driven by a gear motor. All movements are controlled by means of a vectorial INVERTER with the aid of a PLC.

- The Control Panel keys enable the operator to view and configure all machine settings.

- The conveyor belt is guided over the drums and the sliding surface by means of a small belt welded inside it; motion is transmitted by a gear motor controlled by a vectorial INVERTER; speed can be adjusted from the Control Panel, enabling the operator to choose the optimal speed according to the thickness of the workpiece.

- The electric control board incorporates a safety module for protection and normal control of all safety limit switches and emergency pushbuttons. The electric control board and control panel are constructed and assembled in accordance with EEC standards, with 24 V pushbuttons.
